- Order Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it's dispatched. However, once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may choose to reject the delivery at your doorstep.
- Time Window: The time window for order cancellation varies depending on the product category. Once the specified time has passed, the order cannot be cancelled for free, and a cancellation fee may be applied. Please refer to the product page or order confirmation page for specific time windows, as those details will be considered final.
- Seller Cancellation: In rare instances where the seller is unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will initiate an exchange for prepaid orders. We reserve the right to accept or decline order cancellations and may also modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
Returns Policy

- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition with all tags and labels intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in the denial of your return request.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for securely shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, and exchanges are subject to product availability.
